Wagyu Taste-Tester

Good beef is like fine wines. Once you develop a taste for it, there is no going back. This gift set was put together for those who indulge on trying different wagyu cuts at different BMS grades.

Our Wagyu Taste-Tester includes different cuts of Wagyu so you can taste the difference in tenderness, taste and texture of some of our more popular and hard to procure Wagyu cuts. The taste-tester includes:

1x Japaneze Miyazaki A5 Manhattan Steak (5 oz): A piece of Japanese A5, usually sold at top steakhouses for $30-$45/oz. A taste of the most expensive meat in the world. 

1x New York Strip Wagyu-Angus (12 oz):  A very good New York Strip from one of the best AustralianWagyu programs. This piece will not be anywhere near as marbled as A5, but it is a very tender and flavorful steak only found in the world's best butchers and steakhouses.

1x Ribeye Steak Wagyu-Angus (12 oz):  A very good Ribeye from one of the best Australian Wagyu programs. This piece will not be anywhere near as marbled as A5, but it is a very tender and flavorful steak only found in the world's best butchers and steakhouses.

1x Spider Steak BMS7+ (8-10 oz): Craft cut, very hard to find and very difficult to procure. Cooks and tastes like a fatty skirt steak. Directly from Mishima Reserve Wagyu program.

Boneless Short Rib BMS7+ (16 oz): Craft cut, very hard to find and very difficult to procure. Amazing to braise, but there are MANY ways to cook this. This is an incredible piece of beef.

Flap BMS7+ (10 oz): One of the most popular cuts in Argentina, Uruguay and France… as well as that of our butchers. It offers the best Taste/Value out there. Its exceptionally tender and rich in flavor.

1x Filet Mignon BMS 7+ (8oz | center cut): Super tender, juicy and full of flavor. As marbled as Filet Mignon can get (unless you go for A5). This is an extremely good steak!
