About our USDA Prime Filet Mignon

This is the most lean, tender part of the animal, there also isn’t that much of it per steer which is why its so expensive and coveted. The average steer or heifer provides no more than 500 grams of filet mignon.  Our filets are cut as Chateaubriand in 8oz.

About our Caribbean Lobsters

Caribbean lobster is a delicacy, its taste will remind you of sandy beaches and hot sun. Our lobsters are wild caught in Brazil and the Bahamas. They present a fully flavored taste and a firm texture.

The average serving size of a spiny lobster tail is about 8oz. Our tails are presented head-off and cleaned and are ready to be cooked.
