On Saturday, August 20th, 2022 we will have our first Texas BBQ Class where you have the opportunity to be fully trained in barbecuing the following cuts:
-USDA Prime Brisket-USDA G1 Short rib plate
-Texas Half Chicken
-Heritage Pork Baby Back Ribs
This is a 9 am to 3 pm class given by pit-master Antonio "@colmenabbq (https://instagram.com/colmenabbq) " and is sponsored by Jealous Devil charcoal and Tripping Animals Brewing Co.

We are going to cook in a 250-gallon offset smoker and regular weber.
You will receive a complimentary gift kit with your ticket on the day of the event.
We are going to finish with a great late lunch!

Who is Antonio?
Antonio “Colmena” is a man of many talents, but above all, he is a fantastic pit-master.Antonio’s passion for cooking began at an early age when he saw my uncles grilling in Venezuela, in 2003 he moved to Texas. He has always been passionate about Italian food, and little by little he discovered how to cook it indirectly. But it was when he made the first Brisket that he fell in love with Texas barbecuing, this love has been getting stronger.
Today he continues to learn and understand how to cook slowly and gently and get the best flavor from charcoal and wood to get that dish that we all want our Family and Friends to enjoy!
REFUND POLICY?We will refund 100% of tickets until a week before the event. If you cancel in the last 72 hours, we will only refund 50%. If you cancel 24 hours before the event, we will not provide a refund.
Our events take a lot of planning and have minimal space. So we do encourage booking in advance. We are as flexible as we can regarding refunds/cancellations.
