Premium Roasted Pig | Heritage

We know that a roasted pig is a culinary experience. But we also know that it is time-consuming to cook one. We have partnered with a local roasting house to cook our pigs for you. You still get an amazing Meat N' Bone Heritage pig... but you do not have to roast it.

HOW MUCH PIG DO I NEED?

A good rule of thumb is to order two pounds per person raw because you'll get about one pound of succulent, juicy meat. Most people will not eat more than 1/2 pound so you'll have plenty of leftovers guest can take home.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Orders must be placed at-least 48 hours in advance of delivery date. Roasted Pigs are ONLY available in South Florida and are subject to availability. Order AS FAR in advance as you can.

OUTSIDE OUR HAND-DELIVERY AREA?

ABOUT OUR PIGS

All of our pigs are raised humanely, the process is completely natural. Just like our suckling pigs, our pigs are not inseminated; they mate naturally. The boars have individual spacious pens and the sows, once pregnant, are placed together in groups of approximately 10 in extra large pens. They have lots of space to move around and have easy access to their food during their gestation period.

The pigs are monitored on a daily basis and the farm follows the best production practices that includes hygiene, feeding and preventive measures to reduce to a minimum injuries or any type of stress.

Our pigs are heritage bred, but are mixed. It is usually a mix of Berkshire and Yorkshire.
