This is the smaller brother to your restaurant grade Strips... yes our "Miami" Strip is a New York Strip Steak cut to 6-7 oz. The perfect portion for lunch or dinner.

The Miami Strip is an excellent cut for quick cooking in a skillet or on the grill or for portion control. It is half as thick as our regular New York Strip.

The strip is cut from the short loin, from a muscle that does little work, like the filet.
