This is REAL FARM-TO-TABLE beef... you are getting over 200 pounds of the highest quality meat, all from the same steer. You are buying the beef DIRECTLY from Ferry Farms, who will have it processed and shipped directly to your door.

Once you process your order we will give you a call to confirm your order and send you an email with information about the steer you are buying. We will ask you to select things like steak preference (such as Filet & NY Strip or T-Bones), steak thickness, amount of roasts (otherwise cut into stew or ground beef), size of ground beef packs, etc... if you "dont know" its OK, we will guide you through it.

Then we will coordinate with Ferry Farms so that they send the steer to the processor... The beef will be cut and dry-aged for 7-14 days. Cutting, packaging and freezing takes another 2-3 days... we ship from Michigan to Miami once a week.

All in all, the beef will be at your door in 1-3 weeks.

All steaks will be individually vacuum sealed, it will be hand delivered to your door by one of our team members.

You will receive approximately 25 Lbs of Premium Steaks (Ribeye, Porterhouse, or T-bone), 25 or Grill Cuts Lbs of Steaks (Sirloin, Flank, Picanha or Round), 45 Lbs of Roasts( Loin Tip, Brisket, Rump, Arm, or Chuck) & a mix of 105 Lbs of Ground, Spare Ribs, & Stew Meat.

You need about 8 cubic feet of freezer space.  The beef you are buying comes from Wholestein cows that are fed with the HIGHEST quality feed which is a mix of grass and grain.

Ferry Farms will not give antibiotics to their animals, unless they get sick. Just like humans, in which case the in-house professional veterinarians will administer what is required. This is by far the exception, and blood testing is done to make sure that when the beef is sold there is no trace of antibiotics... which by the way, the USDA would not allow.

As for hormones... every mammal has hormones. There's no extra hormones besides those.
