Fat Cat Gourmet Sriracha Chili-Garlic Sauce

Alright, as cat lovers we need to admit that one of the reasons this sauce grabbed out attention was because well... who doesn't love a fat cat?

But behold, it was actually pretty good. We like that it is produced in Florida by a Cane (yeah we hold a soft spot for the University of Miami).

As for the sauce, it is "Thai-Style", which features a base of red chilies, roasted red peppers, and garlic. We like that it showcases both the punch of our chilies as well as their natural sun-ripened sweetness.

Try it in stir-fries, in soups, as a marinade, in sauces, on sandwiches, eggs, sushi, and pizza, or as a base for a supreme wing sauce. It's a pretty good, everyday hot sauce.
