Alligator Andouille Sausage

These sausages are made of exotic alligator meat, hickory smoked using using pork, garlic, pepper, onions, wine, cilantro and our secret seasonings. The pork used is mostly from a smoked Boston shoulder roast.

These sausages contain brown sugar as well as pork and alligator meat.
